Registration Terms & Conditions

Cancellation, refund and substitution

• Cancellations can be done on or before April 5, 2024 with refund less 20% Administration charge. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full registration fee. The organizer shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
• Registrations made on or after April 5, 2024 are not eligible for a refund should they decide to cancel at a later stage
• Substitutions can be made until April 22, 2024
• Registration is not considered complete unless payment is received by the relevant due date
• Cancellations and substitution must be made in writing and should be sent to registrations@e3-worldwide.com
• Refund will take up to 30 working days to be processed from the confirmation date

• English is the official language of the Conference
• If a visa is required to enter Bahrain, you are advised to register early and reserve your hotel accommodation
• Important correspondence will be sent to you by email
• Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the organizers
