LEWAS 2024 and GRWX at MEPEC 2024 is an initiative that recognizes and empowers women in energy to ENGAGE, EMPOWER and ELEVATE.

LEWAS and GRWx - Elevating Women Xpotenially - developed the talent pipeline for women in the Middle East by joining forces with universities, organizations and governments to empower and embolden more women to grow into leadership roles.

Through a series of workshops and panel sessions, participants were equipped to champion women's empowerment and gender diversity through cutting-edge AI-driven strategies, making tangible impacts within their organizations and setting a benchmark globally. We're crafting a workplace where diversity thrives, sustainability is a reflex, and every strategy elevates equity to deliver value.
