This form is to register for the Career Essentials workshops that will be provided by Misk in the MEPEC ChemME Youth Initiative program. Please fill out the form and ensure taking the required courses prior to registration. Those who do not have the courses completed will not be able to attend the Misk workshops at MEPEC ChemME Youth Initiative.
